It’s the early morning view of Mount Fuji on a street in Fujiyoshida, which is the city at the foot of Mount Fuji. Fujiyoshida city is an old and small but famous one since it’s a stopover town between Tokyo and Mount Fuji. Yoshida Trail, which starts from Fujiyoshida city, is the most popular path used by locals and tourists who climb Mount Fuji in summer time.
It was a peaceful morning with shops not yet opened and few people on the streets. Getting a good view of Mount Fuji is not easy as it’s frequently obscured by clouds.
The old city streets contrast with Mount Fuji, but what both have in common is that they both silently witness the passage of time.

We prepare all of our images to order. Normally, unframed prints will dispatch and ship within 3 - 7 business days. Framed prints take 3 - 10 business days to dispatch and ship.
